After booking confirmation, our team reviews the service request and assigns an available time slot based on location, service type, and technician availability. Customers will receive an appointment confirmation email with the scheduled visit details.

3. Manual Internal Review (Human Verification Process)

All bookings undergo a manual internal review by our support team to ensure:

  • The selected service matches the request description
  • The address and contact details are valid
  • The service is suitable for residential support scope
  • There are no emergency or out-of-scope requests

This step ensures service quality, safety compliance, and proper allocation of technicians.

4. Appointment Confirmation

After verification, the appointment is confirmed and a technician is assigned to the booking. Customers will receive final confirmation including date and time of visit.

5. Service Delivery (On-Site Visit)
