4. Completed Services

Once a service has been completed at your property, refunds are not available. This includes cases where the service has been fully delivered as described on the website.

5. Technician Attendance

If a technician attends the property as scheduled and the service is delivered or attempted, the booking is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.

6. Failed Attendance (Company Responsibility)

If we are unable to attend your appointment due to company-related issues, you will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

7. Service Scope Limitations

Refunds will not be issued if a service cannot proceed due to conditions outside of our control, including unsafe environments, inaccessible property areas, or incorrect service booking selection.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
