Residential Electrical Repair Support Services (UK)

1. What services do you provide?

We provide residential small electrical repair support services including socket repairs, light switch issues, lighting support, minor electrical fault checks, and home maintenance visits. All services are appointment-based and fixed-price.

2. Do you offer emergency electrical repairs?

No. We do not provide emergency call-out services. All appointments must be booked in advance through our website.

3. How does the service process work?

After booking a service, you will receive an email confirmation. A scheduled appointment is arranged, a technician attends your home, and a service summary is provided after completion.

4. Do you install full electrical systems?

No. We only provide small residential electrical repair support. We do not carry out full installations or large-scale electrical projects.

5. How quickly can I get an appointment?

Most appointments are scheduled within 24–72 hours depending on availability and location.

6. Will I receive any report after the service?

Yes. After each visit, a short service summary is sent via email outlining the work completed and any findings.

7. What is your refund policy?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Once the service has been completed, refunds are not available.

8. What areas do you cover?

We provide residential support services across selected areas in the United Kingdom, subject to availability.

9. How do I pay for the service?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe during the online booking process.

10. Is this a one-time service or recurring?

All services are one-time scheduled visits unless the customer chooses to book additional appointments.
