7. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period or if the service cannot be delivered due to provider-side issues. Completed services are non-refundable.
9. Service Delivery
Services are delivered in person at the customer’s residential address. After completion, a service summary may be provided via email.

Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property during the scheduled appointment time. Any unsafe working conditions may result in service postponement or cancellation.
